HR Generalist - France
Job Summary
To support HR operations across Europe, the full-time People Partner - Europe will manage the full employee lifecycle, collaborate with HR leadership, and ensure compliance with local laws while working remotely from France, Poland, Ireland, or Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs and support day-to-day HR operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws
Required qualifications
- Mandatory 10 years of HR experience within an international environment
- Mandatory 5 years of HR Generalist experience in France, with hands-on management of the full employment lifecycle
- Proven knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant HR training in areas such as Labor Legislation or Compensation and Benefits
