HR & Legal Technology Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the enterprise-wide point of accountability, the full-time HR & Legal Technology Operations Manager will manage technology solutions for the People and Legal functions, ensuring alignment with business needs while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary Technology partner for HR and Legal, translating operational needs into scalable technology capabilities and roadmaps
- Oversee the stabilization and maturation of BambooHR, ensuring effective governance and system design that meets core HR processes
- Manage the technology landscape for Legal operations, including application lifecycle, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in supporting enterprise applications, particularly in HR technology, with exposure to Legal technology preferred
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-grade HCM platform, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, including Hire-to-Retire and Talent Management
- Practical knowledge of Legal technology processes, such as contract lifecycle management and legal workflow
