Job Summary
To support the Engineering Center leadership team, the full-time HR Manager will lead HR functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure alignment of people and strategic goals across multiple locations while fostering a consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function for the Engineering Center, contributing to business KPIs and driving people engagement and accountability
- Serve as the HR business partner for regional functional SG&A team members, providing consistent guidance and support across multiple sites
- Drive talent management processes including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations for engineering and salaried professional employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading an HR function supporting engineering or technical populations
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of engineering/R&D environments and SG&A functions
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention of engineering and professional talent
