HR Manager, Employee Relations

Job Summary

To support a growing workforce, the full-time HR Manager, Employee Relations will manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while serving as a trusted partner to managers and employees, with the flexibility to work remotely while residing within commuting distance of Tysons, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner on employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace matters
• Own full-cycle recruiting and build proactive talent pipelines to enhance the employer brand
• Manage performance management processes and support employee engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in employee relations and talent acquisition
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Strong experience with performance management and employee engagement programs
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness and inform recommendations
