HR Mergers & Acquisitions Director

Job Summary

Supporting the workforce aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the full-time remote HR Mergers & Acquisitions Director will manage HR due diligence, execute integration activities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuity during organizational changes.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR due diligence by organizing workforce, benefits, and policy data
• Execute HR integration and separation activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate with HR partners and external advisors to ensure timely execution of transaction deliverables

Required qualifications

• Experience in HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, or organizational changes
• Working knowledge of employee data, benefits, and compensation
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in structured environments
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and transaction data with confidentiality
• Experience preparing documentation and summaries for cross-functional teams
