HR Operations Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and compliance, the full-time HR Operations Lead will manage onboarding, leave administration, and data accuracy in a remote setting while ensuring operational alignment and a consistent employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate HR team activities across onboarding, leave management, and compliance support functions
- Oversee full employee lifecycle operations, ensuring accuracy in HRIS systems and compliance with protocols
- Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG workflows and lead audits to enhance system processes and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or specialist role
- Advanced knowledge of UKG (UltiPro) HCM platform
- Familiarity with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
- Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
