HR Operations Lead

Job Summary

Running the day-to-day of people operations for a globally distributed team, the full-time HR Operations Lead will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee HRIS functions, and handle sensitive employee matters while working remotely from Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with Recruitment and IT
• Administer and maintain employee data accuracy within the HRIS, Rippling, and manage the EOR workforce through Deel
• Handle sensitive employee matters, including performance conversations and investigations, with discretion and sound judgment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HR information system
• Experience managing an EOR workforce, ideally through Deel
• Working knowledge of Australian employment requirements, with exposure to US and UK regulations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of reliable operations
