Job Summary
Leading the HR Operations team, the full-time Manager, HR Operations will oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage shared services, and drive compliance while collaborating with various departments to enhance team member experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring clear priorities and a seamless workflow
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
- Drive compliance and optimize HR shared services, partnering with local HR teams and maintaining accurate HR data
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in HR leadership
- Experience building or managing an HR shared services or service center model
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance
- Hands-on HRIS experience and strong Excel skills
