HR Partner III
Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, the remote HR Partner III will manage workforce strategies, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while supporting various teams across Global Automotive, GATD, ICT, Sensors, Global Operations, and TS Segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Function leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and provide coaching on organizational effectiveness
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes while facilitating career development discussions
- Lead proactive employee relations efforts and develop action plans to enhance team effectiveness and employee experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP or HR Generalist roles in manufacturing or operational environments
- Experience with U.S. immigration and global mobility programs
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a matrixed organization
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
