To support a diverse range of client needs, the contract HR Professionals Community will engage HR experts across various specialties to manage HR operations, implement technology solutions, and enhance talent acquisition processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Implement and optimize HRIS and HR technology platforms, including integrations and reporting
• Source, screen, and hire talent while building effective recruiting processes and employer branding
