HR Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time HR Program Manager will provide operational leadership for Human Resources functions supporting caregivers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage major HR Program operations, including employee relations and caregiver operations
- Lead the HR Program team and supervise HR Program Supervisors to enhance caregiver and client experiences
- Develop and implement HR processes and policies in alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources credentials preferred (HRIC PHR or SPHR/SHRM)
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related role
- 3-5 years of leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability
- 2-3 years of experience in a human service or health care related field preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of services needed by people with disabilities and older adults
