HR Programs Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day compensation programs and HR operational workflows, the remote Manager, HR Programs will oversee onboarding, personnel changes, and compliance with compensation-related legislation while partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure accurate pay practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and manage escalations related to internal bench employees
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance to maintain accuracy of job data and compensation components

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role focused on onboarding and/or total rewards
• 1-2 years of people management experience
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and knowledge of compensation and government reporting laws
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred
