Required qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, including claims coordination and customer service operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience analyzing operational processes and implementing improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
