HR Service Center Representative

Job Summary

Serving as a central point-of-contact for HR needs, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will provide support on benefits, policies, and procedures while working remotely from various states including AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inquiries related to HR services, benefits, and policies, ensuring excellent customer service
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists to address complex HR needs
• Provide resources and guidance to colleagues and leaders regarding HR programs and self-service options

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources, including recruiting or colleague development
• Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
• Associates degree plus 3 years of relevant experience may also be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
