Job Summary
Leading HR Service Delivery and Moveworks initiatives, the full-time remote HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead will provide architecture-level support for complex implementations, resolve technical escalations, and develop reusable solutions while collaborating with delivery teams and customers across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Provide architecture-level support for complex HRSD implementations and integrations
- Partner with delivery teams to triage and resolve priority technical escalations within service-level agreements
- Own the HRSD and Moveworks roadmap and lead solution architecture for complex requests for proposals
Required qualifications
- Current CIS-HR certification or equivalent depth in HRSD implementation
- Hands-on experience with Moveworks or a comparable enterprise search platform, alongside ServiceNow
- Strong case-management and HR process design skills
- Client-facing consulting experience
