Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and managing complex inquiries, the full-time remote HR Shared Services Manager will lead a team of Specialists, oversee operational workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support for Clinicians and Clinical Support teammates.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and coaches team members to improve performance and ensure effective handling of inquiries
- Acts as a subject matter expert for HR services, monitoring case management and escalation processes
- Gathers insights to inform process improvements and collaborates with stakeholders to streamline operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 5 or more years of related experience, including previous management experience
- Knowledge of project management principles and HR service delivery models
- Experience with systems supporting Oracle and Service Now
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on customer service
