HR Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time HR Specialist, this position will manage employee relations, provide strategic support for complex HR issues, and collaborate with HR Business Partners, while offering a hybrid working arrangement that includes both virtual and in-office work as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs to identify and resolve HR-related problems and roadblocks
- Advocate for colleagues by addressing their HR-related questions and concerns
- Lead process improvement initiatives for HR policies and practices
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in HR, a related field, or equivalent HR experience
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, including recruitment and employee relations
- CHRP or other accredited HR certification preferred
- Solid understanding of US and Canadian employment law practices
