HR Systems Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing all aspects of Global HRIS operations, the full-time remote HR Systems Manager will manage HRIS initiatives, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee experience while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex HRIS initiatives, including the implementation of new functionalities and major enhancements
- Own and influence the HRIS roadmap by aligning system strategy with organizational priorities
- Provide technical leadership for annual HR programs and partner with IT and vendors for system integrations and maintenance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and systems architecture
- Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology platforms
