HR Talent Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time HR Talent Partner will design and lead the corporate functions talent strategy, focusing on talent assessment, succession planning, and employee relations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute enterprise talent strategy aligned with long-term business objectives and partner with senior leaders to identify talent priorities
• Establish governance for talent reviews, organizational planning, and ensure consistent execution of enterprise people practices
• Advise executives on organizational design and effectiveness while leading workplace investigations and developing employee relations strategies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness within a corporate environment
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational transformation
• Ability to leverage workforce analytics for decision-making and talent insights
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
