HR Technical Training Analyst

Job Summary

Creating and leading learning experiences remotely, the Senior HR Technical Training Analyst will design and deliver training programs, develop training materials, and manage stakeholder engagement for the ERP program.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats
• Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, and job aids
• Manage stakeholder engagement and lead training logistics, ensuring alignment and content accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience, preferably in training, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of work experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training methodologies
• Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now, and LMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience in developing e-learning and training materials
