HR Technologies Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Manager of HR Technologies & Analytics, this full-time remote position will manage the HR technology strategy and roadmap, oversee the core HCM platform, and lead a team of technical analysts to optimize HR systems and data reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the multi-year HR technology roadmap, aligning with People Operations and business priorities
- Take hands-on ownership of the core HCM platform, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Lead HR technology projects from scope through adoption, ensuring successful implementation and integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience with hands-on system configuration and reporting
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical analysts
- Demonstrated experience managing HR technology projects end to end
- Broad knowledge of HR practices across multiple disciplines including compensation, benefits, and payroll
