Job Summary
Leading the HR technology strategy, the full-time remote HR Technology Manager will optimize and support HR technology solutions, oversee system platforms and data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in Workday while managing a team of HR Technology Product Owners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the HR technology strategy and product roadmap across various talent functions, ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities
- Provide strategic leadership for Workday, identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and improve user experience
- Manage day-to-day operations of the HR Technology team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- At least 4 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or HR Product Management
- Experience leading technology initiatives and collaborating with HR and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HR technology and the talent lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
