HR Technology Specialist
Job Summary
To support the organization's workforce technology initiatives, the full-time HR Technology Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro and related systems, managing troubleshooting, system enhancements, and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management, managing complex system and data issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality across workforce technologies
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics using Power BI and other data platforms to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, or workforce management systems
- Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management, including system configuration and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and lookup functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
