HR Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the administration and continuous improvement of the HR technology ecosystem, the remote Senior HR Technology Specialist will focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules, enhancing processes related to recruiting, performance management, and learning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional owner and subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SuccessFactors module settings and workflows to support HR processes
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance recruiting, performance management, and learning processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or comparable enterprise business systems
• Demonstrated hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration experience, particularly in Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including report creation and data validation
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate stakeholders
