HR Transformation Leader

Job Summary

As a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, the full-time VP, People Services will lead the transformation of the organization into an AI-enabled firm while building a comprehensive People Services practice that includes payroll and HR advisory for small and growth-stage companies, all within a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Lead and develop the internal People team, guiding strategy and standards for recruiting, HR, and compliance
• Own the People Services practice's financial performance, including revenue, margins, and client retention

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR and People leadership, with at least 7 years as head of HR or senior strategic HR partner in a professional services firm
• Direct experience building or running an HR services offering for small companies, including pricing and delivery
• Deep working knowledge of payroll operations and US employment law, with multi-state compliance experience
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience using AI in HR workflows
• Executive presence and credibility with senior leadership and delivery teams
