Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience, or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting a multinational organization
- Experience in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformations, or process optimization for large enterprises
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project
- Understanding of HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow, or similar applications
