HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time HRIS Analyst will manage HR information system solutions by collaborating with internal teams to analyze system capabilities, implement solutions, and ensure data accuracy across payroll, benefits, and Human Capital Management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the organization and documentation of business processes to develop and implement effective solutions
• Collaborating with functional users to determine business requirements for system changes and updates
• Acting as a Data Steward to ensure data accuracy and support executive reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Human Resources
• Proven ability to document business processes and suggest effective solutions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Visio
• Knowledge of enterprise HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or SAP is preferred
