HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management, the part-time HRIS Analyst will work remotely from Georgia, focusing on configuration validation, documentation, testing, and go-live support for payroll and timekeeping processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation through configuration validation, integrations, and documentation
- Assist with Pay Rules, Work Rules, and timekeeping validation, ensuring accuracy in payroll-related processes
- Develop and maintain testing scenarios, document results, and support end-user training and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience supporting a Workforce Management or HRIS system
- Recent hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or a comparable platform
- Experience in supporting workforce management processes, including timekeeping and payroll
- Experience in creating job aids, SOPs, and process documentation
