Job Summary
To support the organization's HR technology needs, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will manage Workday administration, provide system support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for Workday support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving end-user inquiries
- Support Workday functionality across various HR modules, ensuring accurate system configurations and reporting
- Participate in system enhancements, testing cycles, and identify opportunities for process efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of HRIS, Workday, or HR technology experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules
- Expertise in HRIS reporting, data validation, and system administration
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
