HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise system operations, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will provide first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, assist with system testing, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance system functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements
- Perform system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate changes and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related field
- Exposure to Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, with a strong willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting tools
