Job Summary
Owning the design and optimization of Workday Payroll, the full-time HRIS Analyst will support payroll accuracy and operational efficiency while working remotely and collaborating with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll and manage semi-annual releases
- Maintain U.S. payroll compliance and configure Time Tracking rules and Absence management
- Provide Tier 3 support for payroll system issues and build Workday reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday experience, with at least 2 years in Payroll support
- Strong U.S. payroll expertise in complex, multi-state environments (5,000+ employees)
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and release management
- Experience in SOX-controlled payroll environments
- Workday certifications in U.S. Payroll preferred
