HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a busy Benefits and HR team, the fully remote contract HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems, manage vendor file feeds, and assist with open enrollment activities using Dayforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, create, analyze, and maintain HR and benefits reports
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot vendor file feeds and data integrations
- Audit data for accuracy and assist with compliance-related reporting
Required qualifications
- Hands-on Dayforce experience is mandatory
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and data analysis
- Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot HRIS issues and resolve discrepancies
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
