HRIS Analyst - ADP Vantage
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst - ADP Vantage for a fully remote, contract position lasting seven months, where the individual will manage system configuration, security, reporting, and day-to-day HRIS operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administration and support for ADP Vantage and its related modules
- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, and user access permissions
- Develop and troubleshoot reports while ensuring data integrity and system accuracy
Required qualifications
- Three to four years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial experience with ADP Vantage
- Working knowledge of ADP Vantage configuration and administration
- Experience with ADPR reporting and administering system security
- Understanding of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes
- Experience in gathering requirements, testing system changes, and troubleshooting issues
