HRIS Analyst III

Job Summary

Serving as the primary subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, the onsite HRIS Analyst III will manage the administration, optimization, integration, and reporting of the organization's HR technology ecosystem while supporting additional HR-related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support
• Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives while evaluating workflows for automation and efficiency improvements
• Design and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using ADP reporting tools and other BI platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS administration experience, particularly with ADP Workforce Now and Paycom
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR systems in a growing and acquisition-driven environment
• Experience in configuring and maintaining HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits
• Expertise in complex HRIS reporting and analytics, with proficiency in tools like Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel
