HRIS Analyst with ADP Vantage
Job Summary
Supporting the existing HRIS environment during a major platform transition, the contract HRIS Analyst with ADP Vantage will provide user support, system administration, and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day user support and administration for ADP Vantage and related modules
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ADPR reports and reporting-related issues
- Configure and maintain Vantage business rules, workflows, and organizational structures
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on HRIS experience, particularly with ADP Vantage
- Strong experience with ADPR reporting and HRIS security administration
- Working knowledge of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes
- Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues in a production environment
- Experience with system testing, data validation, and documentation
