HRIS Data & Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support the People Operations team, the part-time HRIS Data & Analytics Consultant will manage data cleanup and reconciliation efforts, establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth for employee data, and develop reporting and analytics to enhance decision-making in a remote contract role lasting 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit, clean, and standardize employee data across HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and standardized reports to meet current and future reporting needs
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of People processes and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, HR systems consulting, or People Analytics
• Demonstrated experience in auditing and reconciling employee data across multiple HR systems
• Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain dashboards
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance HRIS data management and analytics workflows
