Job Summary
To enhance HR data management, the part-time contract HRIS Data Analytics Manager will audit and clean employee data, establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth, and develop reporting dashboards to support business decisions, all while working remotely for 20-30 hours per week over a 2-3 month project period.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, clean, standardize, and reconcile employee data across HRIS platforms
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and standardized reports using HRIS and ATS data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and improve data quality and governance practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration or People Analytics
- Experience auditing, cleaning, and standardizing employee data across multiple HR systems
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve dashboards and recurring HR reports
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline HRIS data cleanup and analytics
