HRIS Director
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of HR processes, the full-time salaried HRIS Director will manage the UKG Pro implementation, optimize HR operations, and enhance analytics capabilities in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end UKG Pro implementation from design through go-live and stabilization
- Drive HR process optimization and enable AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS and HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience delivering a full-cycle UKG Pro implementation in a lead capacity
- Demonstrated track record of process optimization and transformation in a multi-state environment
- Experience in evaluating and deploying AI and workflow automation tools in HR contexts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and present data to executive audiences
