HRIS Manager
Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and support organizational growth, the full-time HRIS Manager will oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, while managing workforce analytics and reporting in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the administration and optimization of HR technology systems, ensuring data integrity and security
- Lead workforce analytics initiatives, developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience administering and optimizing HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Pro
- Proven experience in workforce reporting, HR analytics, and business intelligence solutions
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, data governance, and security protocols
- Advanced skills in Power BI dashboard development and Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and advanced formulas
