Job Summary
Leading the HR technology strategy, the full-time Manager, HRIS will oversee the HRIS team and manage systems such as UKG Pro and workforce management while ensuring a reliable and scalable HR technology ecosystem in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the HR technology roadmap, including administration and governance of HR systems
- Oversee HR system integrations and data flows within the People technology ecosystem
- Develop and lead a team of HRIS professionals and external partners to enhance operational processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
- Significant experience with UKG Pro and workforce management systems
- Proven track record in leading HR technology implementations and integrations
- Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design
- Experience in leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
