Job Summary
Leading the HR technology strategy, the full-time Manager, HRIS will oversee the HRIS team and manage systems such as UKG Pro and workforce management while ensuring the reliability and scalability of the HR technology ecosystem in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the HR technology roadmap, including HRIS administration and governance
- Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem
- Develop and lead a team of HRIS professionals and external partners
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
- Significant experience with UKG Pro, including workforce management
- Experience leading HR technology implementations and integrations
- Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
