Job Summary

Owning the Dayforce systems strategy, the full-time remote HRIS Manager will manage an offshore HRIS Analyst, serve as the final approver for sensitive configuration changes, and translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce systems strategy and set direction for configuration of implemented modules
• Manage the Dayforce HRIS Analyst, including workload prioritization and performance management
• Serve as the final approver and escalation point for sensitive changes and complex configuration decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce administration and configuration experience, including ownership of at least one full implementation
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring direct reports, ideally including remote or offshore staff
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of proactive communication across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into pragmatic, MVP-first technical solutions
• Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within Dayforce
