HRIS Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a critical HR technology transformation initiative, the remote HRIS Project Manager will manage the implementation of Workday, coordinating HR processes and systems transition while working primarily in MST and CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of the Workday HRIS implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing project scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate collaboration across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing HRIS implementations, specifically with Workday
• Strong understanding of HR processes and technology environments
• Experience coordinating data migration, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred
