HRIS Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the subject matter expert for HR technology, the full-time HRIS Systems Analyst will manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems, primarily UKG, while partnering cross-functionally to enhance HR processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Design and maintain HR workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Develop and manage HR reporting strategies, including dashboards and analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with multiple UKG modules (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG WFM)
- Experience with reporting tools such as UKG BI and Power BI
- HRIS or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
