HRIT Associate

Job Summary

To support the global HR technology landscape, the remote HRIT Associate will provide operational support for SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS, focusing on incident resolution, user support, and system maintenance while working under the guidance of experienced HRIT colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve standard HRIT incidents and service requests related to HR applications, ensuring accurate ticket documentation
• Support U.S. employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, and terminations, while maintaining system data and documentation
• Perform system maintenance, testing, and assist with data quality activities in collaboration with HR Operations and other stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR systems support, or a related environment
• Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes and their impact on HR systems
• Strong interest in HR technology and learning SAP SuccessFactors and related applications
• Good Excel skills and general digital proficiency with structured employee data
