Job Summary

Seeking a full-time HSE Portfolio Performance Lead to enhance health, safety, and environmental oversight and performance management across data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and effective risk management in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a consistent HSE framework for contractor expectations and risk assessments aligned with organizational standards
• Translate OSHA requirements into practical site expectations and verify their implementation during construction and operational handoff
• Establish performance measures for HSE outcomes and lead cross-site reviews to identify risks and drive improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading HSE programs for major construction or industrial projects across multiple sites
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction and general-industry standards with practical site implementation experience
• Understanding of data center hazards, including electrical safety and hazardous-energy control
• Experience in performance reporting and corrective-action programs using leading and lagging indicators
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and prioritize actions in dynamic environments
