HSSE Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing account team, the full-time remote HSSE Manager will manage on-site program execution, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide hands-on support in safety training and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HSSE requirements, communicating needs and results to account leaders
• Lead the development and refinement of HSSE culture and training programs
• Ensure proper management and review of HSSE incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of HSSE experience, preferably within a Facilities Management environment
• Practical knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques
• Understanding of relevant standards, legislation, and operating procedures
• Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients
