HubSpot Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment links, and invoices in HubSpot Commerce, reconcile financial data with QuickBooks, and communicate with clients regarding billing concerns, all while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage recurring subscriptions, create payment links, and generate invoices in HubSpot Commerce
• Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and coordinate adjustments while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform, including subscription and invoice processing
• Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
