Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time HubSpot Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end implementation and optimization of HubSpot, focusing on configuring CRM systems, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM according to business requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to document processes and identify inefficiencies for improvement
- Build and maintain workflows and automation to enhance operational consistency and reduce manual tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and CRM implementation
- Experience implementing HubSpot across multiple departments or business units
- HubSpot certifications relevant to Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or data migration
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and technical problem-solving
- Proven project management skills to oversee implementations from start to finish
