HubSpot Migration Project Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end migration from Iterable to HubSpot, the remote HubSpot Migration Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful cutover while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive migration plan, tracking progress and dependencies across campaigns and data flows
- Facilitate weekly working sessions and decision reviews, publishing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Define cutover readiness criteria and coordinate go-live processes, ensuring alignment with various teams and managing vendor deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in project or program management within marketing technology or marketing operations
- Experience with HubSpot migrations is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering platform migrations or major system implementations on schedule
- Fluency with planning tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Working knowledge of marketing automation concepts and familiarity with HubSpot or Iterable
